My husband and I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism from start to finish for our pool installation.  The whole team at Coastal Pools helped to make the whole process to run smoothly and be stress free.  We want to send a shout out to Lee and Dani for their help and the ease for getting in touch with them when we had questions or concerns.  They are great individuals and certainly care about making sure we were happy throughout the whole process. We needed a new pool cover and they contacted us immediately. They walked us through the process of ordering a cover, the payment and the installation. I never dreamed that one day I would be able to build my own pool, and certainly never dreamed that I would now have one that is more beautiful than the one I imagined. Coastal Pools has been so easy to work with, from the beginning when I needed to figure out the size, shape, lining, and the different tiles, to the weekly service. I initially worked with Brad Hull and Lee Petty who helped with the design construction. There were many choices, but they have so many catalogs and pictures to look through that it was easy to get an idea as to what to order. Their service has been wonderful- my contact Dani Hurlbert gets back to me right away when I email with a concern; the service technicians, Tyler Mann and others,  have kept the pool in excellent shape. I recommend getting the weekly service as they monitor the machines, as well as  the chemicals. I highly recommend Coastal Pools.
