My husband and I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism from start to finish for our pool installation.  The whole team at Coastal Pools helped to make the whole process to run smoothly and be stress free.  We want to send a shout out to Lee and Dani for their help and the ease for getting in touch with them when we had questions or concerns.  They are great individuals and certainly care about making sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Coastal Pools is very professional, very easy to work with and did a wonderful job job. We needed a new pool cover and they contacted us immediately. They walked us through the process of ordering a cover, the payment and the installation. They custom ordered the in-ground pool cover after precise measurements were taken. It looks beautiful. I wanted to give a really big shout out to Dani Hurlburt!  From the time I signed the contract to have an in ground pool built.  Dani has been there all the way.  Keeping me informed of every step along the way of the build.  She is so very personable and very professional.  I just can’t say enough about Dani.  Thank you for doing an awesome job!! I never dreamed that one day I would be able to build my own pool, and certainly never dreamed that I would now have one that is more beautiful than the one I imagined. Coastal Pools has been so easy to work with, from the beginning when I needed to figure out the size, shape, lining, and the different tiles, to the weekly service. I initially worked with Brad Hull and Lee Petty who helped with the design construction. There were many choices, but they have so many catalogs and pictures to look through that it was easy to get an idea as to what to order. Their service has been wonderful- my contact Dani Hurlbert gets back to me right away when I email with a concern; the service technicians, Tyler Mann and others,  have kept the pool in excellent shape. Excellent pool maintenance service! They are always reliable, professional, and do a great job keeping our pool clean and looking its best. We had a custom design that we had created and our project manager Dani, alongside with their staff executed it perfectly.  From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that we were happy with the finished product. The quality of their work is outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They were always willing to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire process as stress-free as possible. Our pool turned out absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be more excited to enjoy it! We highly recommend Coastal Pools to anyone looking for a pool company that is reliable, honest, and truly cares about their customers. There are so many pool companies to choose from on Delmarva. We’ve enjoyed Coastal Pools so much we don’t have to worry about calling anyone else. I have had a wonderful experience getting a brand new inground pool! I have wanted this most of my adult life , called around to get prices and the only one who got back to me ( the same day they came out to find out what I wanted , Thank you Chris Conley), was Coastal Pools! Their customer service hands down is the best ! My project manager was Nic Grassman, he was ALWAYS available for questions , explained everything thoroughly and was wonderful to deal with! After getting my pool I had some concerns on a Sunday morning and was called back right away by Jason who addressed the issue right away! Their customer service is beyond awesome ! Dani was the project Coordinator and again always communicating. You don’t have to question what happens next because you are kept informed ! During the initial process I kept changing my mind and Chris was so patient with me and helped me with all my redesigns !
